Hi,

When trying to compile with v1_rc8 with SWIG Version 4.0.1 I get the error:

[ 90%] Swig compile /home/chris/Installed/sdg-1.0_rc8/build/SequenceDistanceGraph.i for python
swig error : Unrecognized option -doxygen
Use 'swig -help' for available options.

OK well I got the swig free master branch to compile and that seems to work even with python 3.5 so I will close this :)
