Description
When a lint error occurs,
the tooltip displays multiple time the same issue
Steps to reproduce
have an error on a file, hoover to display full error message
Expected behavior
one reported once

hum π€ no... i reloaded the biome lsp but not the window...
i guess there was a dirt in the pipe somewhere π€·
