Puck position and enabled state should persist between pages

Now that Firefox for Android supports extensions I've been using 10ten more on my phone and it really seems like the puck should persist it's position / enabled state between page views.
For example, if you move the puck away from the bottom-right because it's covering an important navigation icon and then refresh the page you shouldn't have to move it again.
Likewise, if you disable the puck because you don't need it for now (but you likely will need it soon enough that you don't want to completely disable 10ten) it should stay disabled even after you navigate to a different page.
