We are missing some states for the OutlineButton which are defined in the design file:

default Hover Pressed Focused
Content=Label, Style=Outline, Size=Large, State=Default Content=Label, Style=Outline, Size=Large, State=Hover Content=Label, Style=Outline, Size=Large, State=Pressed Content=Label, Style=Outline, Size=Large, State=Focused
