we have hard coded https://github.com/jvstein/bitcoin-prometheus-exporter but i think we need our own fork, maybe even one that reads a config file so we dont overwhelm the exporter with stuff we dont use but also can add metrics the image currently doesnt export, like tx_rate from getchaintxstats
