What goes on it?
HTOP style resources of each node on the big screen?
Where does the data come from? Graphana?

a TUI like k9s showing pods that are running and crashed in blue and orange
a grafana dashboard per team showing rpc uptime for each node along with block height (for eclipse attacks) and other stuff maybe rpc getmemoryinfo
