Early C-Lightning merges are mis-styled

Early C-Lightning merge summaries are not styled the same as our other summaries, since there was not PR to link to. Examples:
- https://bitcoinops.org/en/newsletters/2018/08/14/#notable-commits
- https://bitcoinops.org/en/newsletters/2018/09/18/#notable-commits
Easiest way to fix would be to add bold styling to C-Lightning, or to link to the commit which added the feature.
