Electrs 0.9 in upcoming newsletter?

I think it'd be nice to inform about new version of electrs in the upcoming newsletter but please really make sure to call out important changes and recommend people to read the upgrading guide so that we don't have tons of issues stemming from people missing those things.

Can you provide some summary of the https://github.com/romanz/electrs/releases/tag/v0.9.0 release (new features, etc) which would help us?

Are release notes sufficient? Anyway, I think the biggest thing is significant performance improvements, which came at cost of having to rearchitecture things (including using p2p).
