#33 created an archive for the first newsletter at static/newsletters/Nov_2023/2023-11-14-newsletter.json. Similar to the homepage, we'd also like a static newsletter.json file located at static/newsletters/newsletter.json so that we can automate the creation of the newsletter without needing to know the file path of the archive.
