There’s lots of 'we use …' statements, & lots of lists. It’d be great to minimise that, and make it more readable.
We could also remove a lot of info regarding the JS side of things as it’s inaccurate — regarding which libraries we use etc. Should link to our JS documentation.
'Basic tools' section could be more of a bootstrapping for new devs — instructions on what & how to install.
The section on implementing UI state in css should be updated to suggest use of aria instead of .is- classes.
