Update tool for Current BLHeli32 ESC's

Dear All,
BLheli ESC's are currently selling from vendors from stock. Also there are unused and unupdated ESC's in customers. We need an urgent tool to update them to latest version. I understand business decision of BLheli AS. But they need to provide a solution to existing ESC on market.
