[bug] AOs stopped during client re-sync

The AOs stopped during each of these re-syncs.

Out of the 6 recorded occasions, the longest run time is 1 day and shortest 21 minutes.

The reliability is not much to be advertised.

Here's a new pattern, not seen before:

Suggestion: after any tracked errror,

• restart the api-server service
• reboot HFUI (the warning modal is alraeady in place) with or without user acceptance

Repeated case, same as the above.

The hiccup is tracked and logged nicely, however th UI does not react (yet). Many thanks.

b) two orphaned atomics are triggered and processed accordignly
c) tracked and logged 'EROTO'
d) nothing else happens.

guess we need

e) stop and relaunch api-server or some other internal element
f) warning about the connectivity issua and a relaunch of HFUI
