[bug ux] HISTORY for AOs disappears from view with a simple click

Follows on (#823) item (b).

With HISTORY displayed from the Algo. Orders panel, clicking pretty much anywhere (*) deactivates that view and Algo. Orders panel reverts to the live AOs again.

A small thing, but somewhat confusing. To much surprise (* =), the described behavior does not manifest when clicking the Chart panel or Trading State Panel. However, clicking the void area in between the individual panels does trigger what's described.

*suggestion

Only de-activate the HISTORY view of Algo. Orders panel if the user clicks on the History button itself, in an inverse action.
