Streamdeck + ATEM CCU

I have researched the list of existing Companion modules and requests and have determined this has not yet been requested

I would like to use Streamdeck + to control Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio 1ME 4K CCU.

I would like to be able to control the volume level for each audio input independently, mute and unmute the input using the buttons.

I would like to be able to control the CCU using the rotary to cycle through the different function in dial stake to control Iris, Gain, White balance, Colour temperature, RGB, Luminance.
