Support for Phone number only accounts

This starter code is great for "fully fledged" accounts that belong to a facebook account. However, when you try to login with a phone number only account, this library fails upon connect. Authentication works well, but something with the MQTT connect code is a bit off. Can someone help me investigate what's going on?
