Docker compose times out

When running the TASK [Start docker-compose] the action times out if the docker compose file takes too long to install with:
fatal: [x.x.x.x]: UNREACHABLE! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Data could not be sent to remote host \"x.x.x.x\". Make sure this host can be reached over ssh: ", "unreachable": true}
