Copay Recovery - incomplete ?! REWARD $£€

My phone broke and had to go to be repaired. It was factory reset so i lost my copay wallet. I tried to restore with the 12 word phrase and it came back. Now , does my 12 word pass phrase change at this point ? I just deleted it without backing up again as I put it on a different device. Now I'm struggling to get my copay and it won't recover. Did I fuck up and should I have backed up again once I recovered my wallet ? Has my recovery phrase changed ? If not I can't understand why.

I only have around $300 in my wallet.
