Recovery tool not delivering BCH despite 'successful' message output

Hello, as I mentioned in a previous post that was closed by the bitpay team after not resolving the issue, my money has been taken by using the copay recovery and copay address translator tool. As I explicated in the previous post that was closed, I used both tools successfully to recover a small amount of BCH from one of my wallets. Then I tried using the same tools in the same manner for a much larger amount. After successfully 'translating' the address for the second transfer, I input it into the recovery tool, and it gave a 'successfully transferred' output message. However, I never received the BCH, and it is nowhere to be found on any blockchain explorer. Please help!
Would like to update and close this issue. I'm not sure if it was Copay's new Address Translator tool or the BCH network that caused the extreme delay of almost 72 hours, but I eventually received my BCH after using both the Address Translator and BCH Recovery tools provided by Bitpay. Again, not sure what the source of the delay was, but the transaction took almost 72 hours to even appear on the BCH blockchain.
