Recovering fewer BCH than was in BTC wallet pre-fork

Hi,
I had a BIP45 Copay wallet pre-fork (my backup is a long JSON file rather than a seed phrase--not sure when it switched or if relevant), that had for example 2 BTC in it.
When I run the recovery tool on BCH/livenet, with an Address Gap of 100, it only finds 0.5 BCH in it. This was the balance across the most recent 2-3 addresses, but the rest of my balance from older addresses (same wallet) aren't found.
I see all the balances adding up to 2 BCH are still there when looking at a BCH block explorer.
I've run it a few times like recommended in another thread. And increased the Address Gap to 100+, but this was a small wallet (~10 addresses used).
(As an alternative, if someone from the Copay team is reading this, is there a way for me to get the individual private addresses to the addresses that have my balance? Then maybe I can individually sweep them.)
Thanks for the help.
H
I am also having the same issue.
Hello githoss.
Could you provide us the Wallet id corresponding to your Copay wallet bip45? So we can check. Thank you.

Thanks for the report. We will be reviewing the recovery tool, trying to find a solution.
I also have a bip45. same issue. can go with address gap whatever but really the wallet has only 15 addresses. and we find 0. not even a fraction.

@Gamboster Amazing! It worked. Thanks so much!! Mil gracias.
I'm having the same issue. My older, Derivation Strategy BIP45 wallet had BTC in it pre-fork, and I'm not seeing anything in the recovery tool. Wallet ID: 4b3133503ee52b85
