Windows Project build failure issue

My configuration is Windows 10, but it has not been able to compile and run, there is no tutorial available for me to run the project on the Windows platform, thank you very much!

I had similar issues and decided to use Ubuntu on Windows VMware. I eneded up using Node 12.2.0. And sudo apt-get install build-essential helped with the npm install issues
