SHIB: Amounts Cannot Send When Formatted in Scientific Notation

Describe the bug
iOS cannot send SHIB. Values in scientific notation don't seem to be handled correctly somewhere.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go SHIB Wallet
  2. Try to Send tokens
  3. See error when handling numbers in scientific notation

Expected behavior
Wallet to not fail because.

Same thing happens with the OSX version downloaded from the App Store
