Aggregate metric targets

Related to #9 and #5, it'd be nice to get actual averages of multiple hosts or groups, e.g. "average CPU load for all GB web boxes".
This is possible via metric paths without any support from us, provided the hostnames line up correctly: averageSeries(web*_giantbomb_com.load.load.midterm).
However, more complex such graphs may require support from any host-group/project-group features (again #9 and/or #5) so keeping this open for now.
