It looks like this project is moving to xchange. I've seen the stream packages have been added there. Is this migration complete?

Basically, yes, but I'm tidying up some details at the moment and there hasn't been an XChange release with the new code in place yet (it will be 5.0.0).
Further details will be posted on here over the next few days.
