Segfault on Debian Jessie

I have an up to date Jessie system (bare metal). Get this in logs at start up:

BitShares[3104]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f334c39646a sp 00007f32ee15c538 error 4 in libc-2.19.so[7f334c306000+19f000]

Also just came across this from x-session-manag:

Window manager warning: Invalid WM_TRANSIENT_FOR window 0x1e00002 specified for 0x1e0000f (BitShares).
