so bts::blockchain::address constructor throws exception being uncaught

Sorry about that; forgot there was indeed something BTS-specific here. I've restored develop branch with those addresses commented out. We will use develop for the XTS net and master for BTS. qt_wallet does not have much activity so 2 branches is probably sufficient for now.
