Recording icon is active when camera is stopped

Describe the bug
In the top menu bar, the recording icon appears active when the camera is stopped.
To Reproduce
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Go to the camera page
- Start a recording
- Stop the recording
- Notice: recording icon is still shown in top navigation bar
- Refresh the page
- Notice: recording icon is still shown in top navigation bar
Expected behavior
Recording icon is only shown when recording is active.
