'Always on Top' leads to unusual behavior in 1.31.3

Steps To Reproduce

Here's what I did.

  1. After using Bitwarden for a few weeks, I went into the top menu, under Window and clicked on Always on Top.

Expected Result

I expected the Window to always stay on top when I juggled between windows. I also expected to be able to simply toggle off the option if it didn't lead to a desirable behavior.

Actual Result

Immediately after activating the option, Bitwarden started having the opposite behavior. Whenever I click outside the window, it disappears completely and can't be brought up. I have to double click the icon in the tray to bring it up again. There's also many small weird behavior that make the window disappear. For exemple, by going in the top menu under Help to find my version of Bitwarden, clicking on options in the menu triggered the behavior where it disappears.

Additional Context

I had at least one update between the moment where the problem started happening and now, and it did not affect the bug.

I did try to toggle off the Always on Top to go back, but it seems to have changed something permanently.

Hi @thealkaizer, we took a look at this and were unable to reproduce this issue on our end using the latest production release.

Attempted on Windows 10 Home OS:

  • Attempted build version 1.31.3 from the original Github issue report; unable to reproduce
  • Attempted build version 1.32.1 (newest release); unable to reproduce.
  • Attempted multiple different actions to get the viewport into a weird state and was unsuccessful.
