Navigating to homepage from streamer then back, mutes player

Mute setting gets over written to true when navigating away from a streamer, to the homepage, and then going back to a user stream. Mute setting should not either update or persist through this action in the state that it does.

Simplest solution is to just remove the option to save mute state of the player on the homepage to locatStoraage.
