Is it possible to add a shortcut to run a playtest from vscode, after a *.rb file has been changed?

Thank you for your feedback. I will try to resolve your desired features and requests. Adding PLAY TEST button on status bar is pretty easy. However, the other part is the problem. I'll find out a feature that can fire certain custom command in vscode extension after *.rb file has changed.
