What steps will reproduce the problem?
I use a aplicaitvo in cobol, so my ssh connexion is my problem and not appear
accents and the letter ñ Ñ
2. Change file's i18n and keyboard. not working

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shows no accents and the letter ñ Ñ
language is mexico LANG = "es_MX.UTF-8"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
