The speaker page need to have just random icons next to the speakers names for now, it doesnt have to be a script, I just dont know how to get them to show up after you upload the woff.

just assign the class of "dingbat" to whatever you want to be in the icon font <p class="dingbat"> or <span class="dingbat">
