Super Deluxe Feature: Add Eyetracker related help entries

These entries should cover eyetracker related things such as dwell, gaze, switch and the difference between them. It should also show how one can change the duration for these and also contain a small guide to the GUI.
In e.g. the main menu when selecting the Help button, the eyetracker entry should be the default showed item.
