Polish up Chat change

In the Help Widget repo, the Dev environment will contain code for testing a change to the Chat feature. It still contains the chat code, and some commented out code lines for quicker reversion should the tested feature change prove faulty or undesirable. Once approval has been made one way or another, remove the unused code and polish up the code changes before releasing to production.
