Split out text expand and text expand repeater demos

We have a docs issue to separate the docs for text expand and text expand repeater (blackbaud/skyux2-docs#389), so we need to separate the shared demo as well.

I don't think so. I deliberately created this to track the separate work on splitting out the demos for the 2 components. Or are you saying that you want to continue to display text expand demos in the text expand repeater docs and text expand repeater demos in the text expand docs even though those components will not be documented along with the demos?
