Error when running jake deploy-tests

Running command:
jake deploy-test['/path/to/packager',-d,'target.ip',qaqa]
It will fail, and test-app.bar will be located at test/simulator/test-app.bar instead of test/output/simulator/test-app.bar

Error message as below:
Calling jake deploy["test/output/device/test-app.bar",169.254.0.1,qaqa123]
Invalid bar file specified - test/output/device/test-app.bar
