Lock slots per world/server reverting after relog

Describe the problem

Locked slots set in a world when "Unique per world/server" is True, upon relog disappear / revert to global locked slots if the file exists.
Going through a portal makes them re-appear until next relog.

Steps to reproduce

Set unique per world to true
set some lock slots
relog
notice lock slots did not stay

I have tried to reproduce the problem with only or without "Inventory Profiles Next" and its dependencies installed.

• I have tested without 'Inventory Profiles Next' and its dependencies
• I have tested with only 'Inventory Profiles Next' and its dependencies and no other mods
