Freeze the first time using sorting every launch [neoforge 1.21.1]

Describe the problem
at every launch, the first time using the sorter will cause a complete freeze for 2-3 secs and then every sort will be istant as normal
Steps to reproduce
install the mod, join a world, use the sorter, freezes 2-3 secs then will work always instantly
I have tried to reproduce the problem with only or without "Inventory Profiles Next" and its dependencies installed.
- I have tested without 'Inventory Profiles Next' and its dependencies
- I have tested with only 'Inventory Profiles Next' and its dependencies and no other mods
all installed mods are relevant.

I can confirm the issue on Forge 47.3.11 (MC 1.20.1) and can also provide additional information on this.
Following the above advice I joined the discord, accepted the rules and also reacted with the eye emoji in the rules channel, but I can't get access. What am I missing?
(Not DMing the mods/owner as that violates the rules, but finding no other way to contact than github)
