Vanilla textures are only covered, not replaced, working as intended ?

When using texture loader plugin, if i use a texture that is smaller than the original, ex: make the mushroom be smaller, the new texture overlap the old one and don't replace it, so that as my mushroom is smaller i see the upper part of the vanilla mushroom "under" my new mushroom texture.
Working as intended ?
Do you mean you made the actual image size smaller? Also do you have a picture of how it looks?
It may just be that they added new mushroom textures. I haven't updated the texture loading since 1.0.1.
Image size (pixel wise) is the same, just made sprite smaller (more transparency)
And it is acting weird, sometimes transparency is just made plain white, sometimes you see through and get the real textures behind

Forget it, no issue at all, i was just messing up the options in the .png save format, didn't see transparency and background colors were checked.
