Not seeming to work, help.

I run Terraria/compile.bat (as Administrator). My %TERRARIA_BIN% Environment Variable is the folder where my Terraria.exe file is. Is the variable %TERRARIA_BIN% or just TERRARIA_BIN? Help Please, and Thanks in advance.

When I try to open the game after compiling, it just crashes right away even after running as an administrator.
