separate media browser snapshots and clips by hour

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
the current folder structure is so useless and overly complicated that in the end in still need to dig through 4 or more layers of folders and possibly thousands of pictures or clips before i am able to see the stuff at the beginning of the day.

please just use a structure that makes more sense like /{camera,zone,all}name/MM-DD-HH/{typename,all}
/{camera,zone,all}name/MM-DD/HH/{typename,all} also works for me.
Describe alternatives you've considered
nothing. just frustrations.
