Rename: fibonnaci/index.js -> fibonnaci/fibonnaci.js (etc.)

I prefer such a naming scheme, because it allows you to put several files in the same folder without mixing them up. Plus, editor tabs get better titles.

Will look at renaming them today. Hopefully it'll make it easier! Only thing is the readme's can't be changed to be the same pattern.
