Add support for SandMan.exe

According to sandboxie-plus/Sandboxie#2763 (comment), SbieCtrl.exe could be removed anytime from Sandboxie Plus, so it would probably be a good idea to support SandMan UI in SandboxToys2.

I think it's not entirely clear whether to make SandboxToys2 work only for Sandboxie Plus or extend the support to Sandboxie Classic versions as well... once this is defined in writing, I will be willing to provide further suggestions.

I am not siding with any particular choice, but more clarity is welcome.
