This is Ruby centric, not Rails centric Dockerfile. It focuses on getting basic env setup for Dev and extending into Prod with some refactoring presently uses 'root' user so DO NOT USE THIS IN PROD AS IS. It is opinionated for Ubuntu 14:04 and specific tools and Gems.
- Uses rbenv to manage Ruby version(s)
- Uses bundler for Gem dependencies
- Installs a sane set of Ubuntu libs for Postgres, Node, Nokogiri
- Installs vim so you can look at files
