Available item is showing wrong name in the file browser through NUT+USB

Correct name in NUT list and Tinfoil 7.
But in Lithium File browser, USB, a file named
abc[titleid][v0].nsp will presented as
abc[titleid][v0].nsp[titleid][v0].nsp in Lithium 7.0
