Manually Changing Task Stage

Description
When a user's changes the status of a task through the edit task menu, it doesn't account for the fact that there may be other tasks in the stage it is moving into so it improperly updates its 'order attribute'

I think the best fix for this is to prevent the user from editing the status of a task in the CreateTaskDialog when the mode is 'edit'. The primary way of moving tasks should be the task board anyways
