End of Race processing

Description

The racing portion seems mostly setup. Now we just need a way to end the race and post the results (wpm, userid, rank, raceid) to the database.

Also when the race end there should be some action on the client side such as showing the full standings and letting the users join a new race (public), or allowing the room owner to start another race (private)

yep, just creating issues right now for visibility on what we have left to do
