LCLExtentions doesn't compile with Lazarus trunk rev.

Due to a change in GTK2DeviceContext -> GTKDeviceContext LCLExtentions does no
longer compile with Lazarus trunk after rev. ???
The patch applied fixes this.

It's fixed both in svn and in v0.5. Tested in fedora Lazarus 1.1 r39084 FPC
2.6.0 x86_64-linux-gtk 2. Please ensure you dont have a stalled version in your
setup

I use v0.5 and found that there is an attempt to fix it - however, using fpc
2.6.0 and Lazarus 1.0.2 doesn't work....
