Consider merging project with ember-cli-deploy-notifications

ember-cli-deploy-notifications is more generic and already has a plugin for slack. maybe I should add hipchat support and deprecate this project?

I got this working here blimmer/ember-cli-deploy-webhooks@ab9884e , but I'm having second thoughts on this now. The other project is really free-form and the end-user has to do a lot more customization to get simple deployment notifications working. This project provides nice human readable default messages so I think there's merit in this library still existing.
