Spotlight shows speckles(corruption) with nvidia

I opened the spotlight.monkey2 test and the light is corrupted there. There are a while bunch of speckles(stars) on the window. I tested this on a nvidia1050 laptop and on a nvidia 1050ti laptop. Both have these artifacts. I tested on a Amd a8 laptop with onboard gpu and the speckles were NOT there.
I tried testing the spotlight in other code and the artifacts were there also on the nvidia mobile cards. I have placed a screenshot in the discord channel mojo3d channel. ( https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/388659482080837644/535252145054941206/bug.jpg )
My laptops with the bug are : intel7300hq-8gb-nvidia1050(latest drivers)-win10(updated)-last itch.io monkey2 and intel7700hq-8gb-nvidia1050ti(latest drivers)-win10(updated)-last itch.io monkey2.
The one were the spotlight did work was a amd-a8-8gb-win10-itch.iomonkey-2018.09
