Provide Default Photo for Page Header

HTML5 video is not supported on mobile browsers currently so there needs to be a default image added for users who view the website through their phone.
Acceptance Criteria
1.)When screen reaches the size of mobile device switch the page header background to be of the first meetup photo for Hack Night.
